The upgrade to php was done recently that has caused some php.ini files to have compatibility issues. To resolve this simple install a new php.ini. You can do this by logging in to your cpanel and going to the phpconfig section. From there click the button to install a default php.ini. Then log in to the file manager and navigate to the public_html directory and remove your old php.ini and rename the new one from php.ini.default to php.ini.
