表單日期輸入

真佩服這個網誌作者呀，學東西真快

這個真的很簡單(連我都會就真的很簡單了)

表單輸入日期用這個就不用擔心日期格式不一了

改一改參數，再把 INPUT 裡改成 ReadOnly，就可以了！！！！
